While our tastes in vodka are very different from that of our Russian friends in the alliance, we have never allowed that to create a schism within our ranks. However, when we catch our "friends" selling supercapitals to the enemy, the story becomes quite different. |

So, we got another story when few pilots mess up and alliance leaders think the entire 700 members corp gone rogue..
Instead of kicking entire large chunk of alliance wouldn't be better to kick only players involved, wouldn't?
And oh, yes, those screwed members asked what are rules, the responce was "you can sell to everyone but not reds". So another confusion with dual meaning of "reds".
Next time, someone should get cold showered before doing severe damage to blues..

Shouldn't all of those 'screwed' members have stopped the few pilots that screwed them from breaking the rules?
Its not like you can hide a couple of supercaps in your pockets, they're kind of big and noticeable. And their transactions are usually kind of big and noticeable.

And all that s**t happened when some cap builders wanted to make profit after asking politely what is alliance attitude to that. Misunderstanding of what include "reds" and actions instead of diplomatic solution gone down the to**et and now you know the rest of story.

Most of the average palyers have no idea how supercaps are built, stored or sold. Unless you are a director or producer itself, this kind of things are no interest to you. And if you are not building supercaps, you have no idea what are the rules about them. And even if you hear/see that one of the corp directiors is building a titan, you will not go directly to The Mittani and ask him "hey can he do that?", you assume he has permission, he is a director ffs.
And they actually say they did have permission. And even found logs proving it. They only forgot to add that this permission was given like 1+ year ago, and a lot of things changed, especially the attitude towards supercap sales after NC was killed by their own titans.
Anyway, those players who did not support these actions of the few, were given the chance to remain in the alliance and join other other corporations, if they so wish.
And so they did, me being one of them.
That entire story was unpleasant experience, but hey, its EVE.

If you read the log with the conversation between our cap builder and goon financial director(a year ago), you could see that director said "you can sell on eve-o, just not to enemies(reds)", and cap builder asked about neutral alts usually buying supers on eve-o and was assured that directorate don't care much about that.
