Hi - I managed to get a +3 memory implant off a storyline agent, now I was wondering will I see much benefit from plugging it in?
My Attribs atm are:
Intel - 23
Perc - 15
Charis - 11
Willpower - 14
Memory - 18
I have advanced learning lvl 3's on everything except charisma - now shall I sell it do you think or shall I use it - will I see much decrease in skills with memory as secondary skill?

Implants are a bind, they stop you doing the fun ( or stupid depending on your point of view) things in the game, like PvP.
However
yes you will learn skills that require MEM as a requisite quicker, the lower level skills more so.

Hmmm - I have more or less all the lower ranked skills at lvl 5 (that I have needed - I mean I have all my engineering skills at lvl 5 bar 2 (5.5million SP's in Engineering) I am now focussing on spaceship command and missiles - = intel/perception and willpower.
So I'm not sure it'll be worth it for me, may as well sell it I guess and use the funds to by HEavy Missile Lauchers II's

Buy the heavy missile launchers they are surely worth it. implants are great for learning but if you plan to (get killed) kill others. You will be happier if all you need to de is buy a new clone before you leave station after reincarnation. Having to also fork out the ISK for a few of those implants is well a little bit excesive. IMHO that is...

Yeah I agree - I have now put it on the market :) I don't PvP but if I do die I'll have lost out on a a lot of money - plus my ferox could benefit with some nice Tech 2 launchers
