Good Evening all,
As of tonight the MC is under contract once more. We will be working closely with Battle Angels Inc on this contract, the first time the MC has ever worked with another mercenary corporation, but we feel the professionalism and results that they have shown only proves they are very capable mercs
First off, a Statement by our employer:
This is our statement as the employers of Mercenary Coalition and Battle Angels Inc.
Geminate is to be "liberated" from most of its current guests.
All Corporations/Alliances operating in the area will be removed unless they have arranged for positive standings
Entities (be it alliances or corporations) that want to travel trough Geminate please contact the mercenary forces hired to see if an agreement can be reached.
All mercenary corporations that want to "chill out" in Geminate are welcomed if they:
1: Will follow the same policy as the hired mercenary forces (who to shoot, who not to shoot)
2: Will not attack other mercenary corporations in Geminate (even if hired against)
3: Don't ask for payment
4: Contact the hired Mercenary's before entering Geminate
Geminate is to become a mercenary haven and unclaimable. This is our desire. We shall see if it can be accomplished and if it is wanted.
Our official Statement:
As of 7th October 2005 at 20:00 SET (Standard Eve Time), Mercenary Coalition and Battle Angels Inc have been contracted to purge the Geminate region.
Anyone found in Geminate who is not on the blue list will be the targets. This means full on NBSI rules. Please do not enter Geminate until you have spoken to us unless u want to see a new cloning station.
The contract will change as it progresses and any organisations that are in or around the region and cause persistent problems can look forward to a war declaration.
Should your corporation require travel through Geminate, then you should contact us before entering. Loitering will not be permitted in any form
Please read the above statement carefully if you are at present operating in or around Geminate to prevent any "mishaps"

So first of all I thought you guys were against claiming space and befor I get a reply yes I understand you are not keeping it for yourselves per say in the traditional form. But lets be honest here no one is going to stop you guys and seeing as you are the "new m0o"of Eve,
no one is going to raise a hand to defend Geminate cept the poor sods already there.

Will it be accepted that merc corps use geminate to attack neighbouring alliances (ie. us)? Probably won't happen, since it would be soo much easier to use lonetrek as base, but I'd like to know anyway, just in case.

That will depend on the client's wishes once the region is cleaned. For now, I would recommend that you stay well away from Geminate. It is not a safe place to be.
