On a personal note, I would like to ask M. Soter and GMVA leadership to refrain from the same brinkmanship displayed by the FIO, and take steps to prevent violent action between alliance members and FIO personnel. KOS threats and other violence by our members are, at this point, unnecessary and counterproductive. |

And personally, I agree. It is a matter of some debate what the correct course of action to take against the FIO is, but this thread is the critical first step of holding them accountable. We'll see if we need to escalate from here.
Of course, the revised Villore Accords charter (Preliminary Internal Revision, v0.1) stipulates that CEO's have direct command of rules of engagement over their corporation's membership. So long as they do not jeapardize our broader mission, defending the Federation, then they are permitted to do as they see fit within our Diplomatic Corps' standings guidelines.
Now of course, since the FIO's Black Eagles would seem to be harming prospects of friendship and peace with the Minmatar Republic, they fall under the 'CEO discretion' clause of the charter. That makes them fair game for individual corporate policy.
Villore Accords Leadership will continue observing this situation and provide alliance-wide guidance as needed, as of now, however, our Original Post in this thread stands. |

Anyone why terrorizes Citizens has stepped outside of the bounds of law, regardless of their rank, title or affiliation. Concord has seen fit to leave certain matters to be resolved by ship to ship combat with no intervention in certain areas of space, among them are the Warzones occupied by the four militias. Within these systems it is within the rights, if not the duties, of ships' captains to enforce the law as they see it against the unlawful.
It is by that line of reasoning that I will not tolerate agents of a malignant entity to roam without fear of reprisal in my Area of Engagement. Ships captains may always offer terms of surrender in an engagement.
Further, hints of threats against a Capsule pilot are laughable. Out cloning contracts are out of the jurisdiction of any empire, as are our cooperation and alliance charters, which are granted by Concord. I hardly see concord stepping in on this matter.
Additionally, I think all of the hate for Soter is amusing, considering the *unbiased* sources...

If only they used that hate as something to rally behind...Should we tell them, Mithril how Soter is the Brooker. It seem that the Caldari can trace all hardships back to him (Soter). Blasters for life

I support this initiative. The recent tragic sequence of events is undeniably a massive failure for the Federal intelligence community and FIO's credibility in public's eyes has diminished. Certainly, as the first step to regain public confidence, Monsieur Blaque should accept his responsibility, and resign his position, or be removed from his post. |

This petition is going to become very interesting evidence when Roden steps down due to "health issues" and Blaque becomes the new President of the Federation. It's not that hard to imagine, either... after the whole truth of this scandal comes into full view, Roden's only chance of survival will be to offer them someone else. Some other piece of meat. And who will that be? Mr.Blaque, of course.
And a man as smart as him has probably considered this. A man as smart as him probably has a plan. Of course, we all knew this was coming. He knew that one day it would be him or Roden. That's why there is probably several FIO agents close to Roden right now. Men that can be counted on. All Blaque has to do is say the word.
