It has always had a history of smaller factions, smaller and more guerrilla-like wars, and more complex political situations. If you aren't hearing anything in the news or forums, dont worry. I know I post mine, as do most of my alliance mates. But as is true of all killboards, the Kills column is usually the only one you can trust.
