Important: Supporting skills (engineering, electronics, etc.) Unimportant: Racial ships/weapons skills, although if present, amarr preferred. I'm looking for a relatively low sp char, less than 10 mil, as my budget is not unlimited (and he's new anyways). I am open to all reasonable offers.

Neo, the char looks good. I would take it for 1.5B. However he is really set on Amarr so I will talk to him and see what he says.

I realize the support skills haven't been prioritized, but she's pretty close to being able to fly zealot's. You could easily spend the time to get her ready for other Amarr t2 cruisers as well. Sec status is barely negative, positive wallet, set of +4's (besides charisma). Currently mapped to Per\Will, has a remap available, and will get a new remap in approx 9 months. Make an offer if interested.

I would not be able to offer you enough to make the deal profitable for you. A 2.5msp char isn't worth much. Ming, you are right, the support skills are'nt quite what i'm looking for, but the racials are amarr so I'm interested. Battleship skills would be nice, but I can't complain about cruiser 5, small, and medium energy 5. Unknown, that char looks good. Assuming everything is in order. Again support skills aren't great, but the amarr focus isn't bad. Quite focused, very similar to ming. I would be willing to buy either of you whoever can give me the better price. I'll offer 1.2 for either of them.

He is on a trial acct atm, so a week or two is the upper limit of how long I am willing to wait. I guess it will depend on what unknown, or other potential sellers can offer me.
