How big npcs can you kill alone in a tech 2 fitted harpy?
And what setup should i use?

Most battleships spawns i do the pretty easy in my Enyo not sure if the dps on rails in enough and u might need to fit blasters atleast have a 1mn t2 afburner and instagank the npc interceptors in needed other than that your set.

The harpy, fitted with t2 rails and t2 dmg mods can break the tank of most npc battle ships. And Tank them to boot.

Can you be a bit more specific ,or give an example of fitting vs Arch Angles BS for example ?

I use a blaster setup to hunt serpentis. Never found any spawn (including faction spawns) that I couldnt handle by myself.
High:
3x Light Neutron Blaster Tech2
1x Light Ion Blaster Tech2
1x Rocket Launcher Tech2
Med:
1x Named AB (theres not enough PG left for Tech2)
1x Small Shield Booster Tech2
1x Fleeting Webber
1x Eutetic Cap Recharger
Low:
2x Magnetic Field Stab
The main advantage of a harpy compared with an enyo ist that you can kill those webbing frigs at 8km very well with iron charges.
The damage output is of course a bit lower than that of an enyo. I get about 215 dps out of my ship with that fitting and my skills.

x4 - 125mm T2 Rails /Antimatter
x1 - 'Arbalest' Missile Launcher /Sabertooth
x2 - Mag. Field Stab. T2
Easily broke a 400k Pith Destroyer's tank in the bonus stage of a lvl 3 Guristas Extravaganza. It just tossed out torps that hit for <10 damage each so tanking was a joke once everything else was cleared out.
I haven't had a chance to try the Angel BS on that Extravaganza yet, just because the gate eats the tags.

if you can afford to buy a gistii booster then the harpy should become almost godlike, (mines in the post /yith does the happy dance).
The gistii mods give just under the same shild boost per sec as a med sb II for almost half the cap drain of a small sb II.
