Highlights:
Has resculpt available so you can customize her looks anyway you want. It's like creating a new char with 20mil SP!
-Can do level 4 missions with ease
-Great char for multi boxing or running missions semi afk, now you can answer your door and not worry about getting blown up!
-No wasted points
-Blah, blah, it's a Tengu pilot!
*You should bid on this char if:
-You like to make EASY Isk blitzing missions
-You already know the Tengu is one of the best missions ships right now
*You shouldn't waste your time bidding if
-You like to micro manage everything on missions and get a thrill from losing your ship once in awhile 
-You use some website that tells you this char is only worth so much and post it here hoping I'll give it away
