Um... i just read the dev-chat-log from OMGRAWR and hammerhead said this.

What he was talking about was the missile changes, so basically what he said was, he wanted the missile changes in before the turret changes came in...
OMG! Turrets have been changed once allready meaning large guns couldnt hit friggies at 5k etc... which i think was a good thing... but players have got used to the transveral velocity and sig radius type of fighting now aswell as lining up your target etc... so what changes do you mean exactly?
Is it just general damage changes or do you mean another full over-hall of turrets?
Please be a general damage change, please... pretty please.

Nooooo, he was referring to the change to missiles well over a year ago, which is when the devs originally tried to change missiles as well. Unfortunately their plan failed and we had to wait many, many months for the new system to be implemented; hence, "for at least a year since the turret changes came in."

No, I think you're misreading that.
I think he meant they've wanted to do the missles changes for at least a year.

They had been wanting to put the missiles skills in SINCE the turret changes CAME in.
He is talking about the changes that have already been done - a long time ago by now. And that ever since that happened, they have wanted the missile changes too.
Note: I am basing all this on your outtake of the devblog. If the devblog contains stuff that expands on your description, I might be wrong.

No, he is saying they changed turrets a year ago, and had wanted to tweak missiles ever since the turret change.

Its that SINCE word, it causes confusion with some non-english language natives (especially Germans).
