I'm in transistion into a different alliance right now, one that doesnt use WCS or cloaks.
Plus its not like you've been around, and you know where i am...I know where you probably are but the first and last time i went to NOL i had to leave pretty quickly 
Once again Slackers seem to be part of the reason for my personal gameplay evolution...
On that note, name a time and a place and lets take it to eve-mails.

ok what time zone u on and no the detail will be posted on here if the ISD guys will let it, i'm not stupid and i know u will tell some freinds as u will be thinking the same about me so whats the point in doing it on eve mail, so let me know ur time zone and we will name the place

Personally, I think he probably didn't have the time to see the proposed time before it passed. You did only give him 20 hours warning, which can be far less warning than needed if you have to deal with time zone differences/prior plans.
Speaking of backing out, I still haven't heard anything about why the war with IMP went away.

and imp retracted the war( i can only guess they didnt wont to fight us cos the had lost most of there me fighters i think)
