X-70 is a good place to base out of as it has factories and a small market. 5zxx has the only mordus agents in game is 2 jumps from x-70. Roir is a good system to base out of as well. 4 alliance bordering PB, if you want further access talk to them. (or ninja mine ^^)

I left a char hauler in S-U AFK for a day recently. Got back, docked her and patted the OSS on the back for doing a great job.
