Iv been out the game for a couple of years, I used to be in the Amarr milita and ran lev 4 fw missions. I would go to the agents with the highest quality score and get a bunch of missions paying out up to 25k LP per mission. I recently joined the caldari milita with my other toon and went to get some lev 4 missions and found that they were only offering around 8k LP WTF?? totally not worth the hassle.
MY effictive standing to the agent was 6 does this have anything to do with it or is 8-9k the most u get from a fw mission these days?
How do I get more lp from these missions? I know u can plex and get more LP than use used back 2 years ago.
Can somebody explain how to make money from FW these days? |

IIRC Mission LP got nerfed but you now gain huge amounts from running the combat complexes (orbiting buttons) this was changed in an attempt to remove LP/Mission farmers who were not doing PVP and move the ISK in FW towards more PVP activities.

LP rewards for FW missions are now tied tou your warzone control tier. If you're at Tier 1, you get half the rewards that you used to; Tier 2 gives you the old standard rewards, and rewards improve for Tiers 3 and up.

Thanks! I wasn't 100% sure how it worked now. I just remember reading they wanted missions to be less profitable than the actual fighting so people would stop farming LP and do the "warfare" part.
(Although from what I hear LP farming is still done with no fighting)

tbh if you want to make isk via fw missions be it plexing the buttons or lvl 4 fw missions go matar. they have the best lp payout so far..
mind you its been a while and that mighta changed.

Both plexing and mission lp amounts are effected by the tier that faction is at.
The mechanic was changed to its current form I believe on the October 22nd 2012 "ninja" patch. So you might be able to find the dev blog through searching there.
Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve

Mouse over the bar in the FW under T1, T2, etc. where it tells you what each tier does. Plexing is also varied payouts based on how much control your side has. You gain more offensive plexing a site where you have little control, and gain almost nothing offensive plexing a site when you have nearly total control.
Tracking down the devblog is your best bet for solid numbers.
With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
