IĈm selling one of my characters û heĈs specialised in Mining and Ice Harvesting and currently has close to 6,000,000 skill points. He has trained the Mining Barge skill to Level 5, and maxed out both Mining & Ice Harvesting, so heĈd suit someone who wants an alt isk-maker, or he can be made into a whatever you prefer with a bit of training here and there.

This would, of course, be against the EULA. Which will probably mean a banned account/character. Just a FYI so you don't lose your isk and money.

Not necessarily.
I can't see a problem with the seller paying the CCP fees involved, then then the buyer sending them a cheque to cover it. Is that against the EULA?

Ohhh! A bit of belated interest in my auction! Well, it actually ended yesterday but since the original winner has failed to respond to my correspondence I'm extending the auction for an extra day. 
Auction now ends tonight, 20th Oct at 22:00 Eve Time (hopefully the servers will be back up by then!)
