Armor compensation skills aren't maxed. Given that you only fly armor ships that sounds like a missed priority.
Command ships but no warfare links or basic leadership skills.
Rank 4 in marauders which is rather nice, but would rather have seen the nav skills to field black ops.
Cov ops 4 but no torp skills or bomb deployment at all to fly them.
Thermodynamics 3?
Battlecruisers and Dessies 5, but no racial frigs/cruisers to take advantage of the skill changes. Not that I mind, but folks are really expecting these skills this close to the expansion.
I'd guess about 4 mil in wasted skill points. It looks like you have a focused pve toon that you started adapting for pvp a little and then for exploration/research. All things considered 4 mil isn't too bad.
Strictly a sub cap pilot. No advanced starship command at all. Caps would increase the value quite a bit.
-4.32 standing with gallente, -5.12 standing with minmatar
No fancy implant sets to bump up the price.
Amarr subsystems well trained, but not perfect.
It looks like you have a wonderful level 4 mission runner, but if I'm PVEing for isk, incursions are much more profitable. You lack the skills to even fit a shield tank and lack the skills to fly a ship that would be worthwhile in an incursion fleet. (Ask DIN how often their armor fleets work out when contested). You have a very well specialized amarr subcap pilot which is exactly what I am looking for, but she's not complete and most folks want more diversity and capitals.
So, yeah. I can read. I read your eve board very well. You're starting bid is 15 bil, and your character is at best worth 9.5-10. I'll start you off at 7 bil.
