That's right...  I have a lvl 50 and 42 characters on one Matrix Online account paid in full through next April.
Would be willing to do a straight trade for one  veteran Eve character focused on Pvp/fighting, not mining, with 16M+ skill points.

Im no rocket scientist but I *think* this is against EULA for both games including Matrix Online.

That's an interesting insight, as I see a great many postings selling characters to the highest bidder throughout these boards. I salute an MMORPG for being this progressive, since we all know there are a great many trades/sales outside the normal channels.
This is an even trade, not unlike any call on these boards for in-game item trades. That applies here as well -- direct in-game trade between two alternate universes.

Right so, trading chars here for anything other than ISK (the eve-online ingame currency) is against the EULA.
Therefore, offering MXO characters for EVE characters is against the EULA.
My only advice: read the fine print. always.

I don't think achievements in other games or RL, regardless of EULA, can be compared or should be traded whereas ISK is something you achieve within the game, hence appropriate for trade.
And, everyone should start out as a noob. It's the only fair way.

Only trades of in-game items for other in-game items allowed. This includes both ISK and EVE characters, but not characters from other games. This one spells it out: Linkage.
