I think it's a network problem. They have something in the log in window that says they're aware of some network issues.
I myself have been getting booted all day. Sometimes when I try to log back on (or do something in game) it will take several minutes or simply boot me back off. Going on 30 times now.

We'll have to give up. We should really be refunded for this.

If ever Eve needed a reboot, it is now
Dropped connection at least 6 times an hour for the last 4 hours ... something is very ill with the servers today.

Yeah I had a 3 day weekend...stayed on practically 2 straight days not counting scheduled downtime, then starting sometime sunday and continuing today, I can't seem to stay logged in for more than 10-20 minutes without crashing to login to be informed connection to server lost.
I logged into WOW for about an hour and a half just enough to verify it wasn't my connection kicking me off...it's just EVE I'm having this trouble with atm.
Thank goodness for long skills to train.

I haven't disconnected in about 4 months... since I replaced my router.

Yes it is bad, I never get booted but it has started recently.
I dont think this is down to CCP as packets are being lost on route to the servers, looks like its CCP's carriers again (same as last time). Think it may be time to look at multiple redundant carriers to balance the load or changing carriers

My theory is the following on this. ISP conectivity. THere is always a chance that one of the nodes between your system and the Eve server is on the fritz. I noticed the amount of peope having this problem is small. If it wasn't tis board would be spammed with people having problems, as it has happened in the past.

You need to take a look around you, sister. The only reason there aren't more threads is because the mods are locking them and asking people to post in one particular thread in General (btw it is an awfully long thread for being less than two days old).
The fact that it's happening to any number of players, no matter how small, at the same time... that proves that the problem is not on the user's end.
