i just bought myself a lovely new Rokh (after about a year of waiting)  and intend to use it for PvE.
so i'm hoping some of you can link me some of the best fittings (or your favourite ones) that are really good for lvl 4 missions and can also sweep aside lvl 3's

The only PvE content that I can really say that Rokh excels at is Incursions. Even there, it's a stretch.
I hope you weren't intending to use it for missioning? |

It does. Hybrids currently suffer from a schizophrenic range problem. Blasters are too short to effectively PvE, and Railguns are really too long. PvE occurs mostly at midranges between 20 and 60km, in which neither of your hybrid weapon excel. This is why I mentioned Incursions. Vanguards happen mostly within that 20km window, where a Rokh can use blasters to its advantage. You're also doing resist-oriented buffer tanking, where the Rokh is certainly an attractive platform.
I'm not saying you can't use a Rokh to do missions, but there's better options. Ask again in a few months, once CCP has taken a look at hybrid turrets. You might be in a very different position then. |

Rohk, atm, is sort of a joke ship...
But come winter hybrids will be getting a buff, and if history has shown us anything, soon hybrids will once more be FTW..
that being said, rohk can still do missions, but will be slower then Raven or probably drake even..
And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep on the road to hell. |
