What or where is the quickest way to get sec rating down. Is there a specific type of Rat that can speed the process up or is there agents who will help clear some down?
I have been a bad boy and wish to repent my ways. Someone show me the way.

Lvl 4 missions/complex rats.

Actually no, he wasn't very clear. His subject acts like he wants to raise it. While, in the body he clearly states he wants to lower it.

Rasing sec is horrible. I managed to get from -10.00 to -8.9 in two days but of course now I can't log on to do any more due to the connection issues going on at the moment.
