You can tell us what it was about in general terms, you just cannot post specific details here. The character kept the isk then i have seen him relist the char for sale twice since. The character is still active on eve and im left wondering what i can do next? I have 0 isk back, 0 character, 0 response........ It will take up to 2 weeks? are kidding me?

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

Others have waited a month or longer. Only CCP can tell you for sure how long this will take, and they are not going to do that in the forums. You have to remember there are about 80,000 players, and only a handful of GM's. The answer to the first part of your question is "you should go to Iceland anyway, because it's awesome"... I think what annoys me more is the character is still posting himself for sale and probably getting more isk of others. BTW; I have been to Iceland a few times.... These petitions should usually be responded to within 3 days if filed correctly. I can understand how frustrating it must be for you in this situation but if you have indeed been ripped off then CCP will be very good at putting things right. In this situation, if it has gone down as you say it has, the person doing the scamming is about to get some serious retribution (permaban) and you should get your stuff back.
