Im stuck at the screen entering game as.......
Please do a re-boot..this has been like this for nearly 2 hours !!!

I had this problem, i fixed it by deleting the settings folder inside CCP\EVE\Cache\.
I was getting this error on one pc, while i could log in on another.. It is not a problem with the eve servers, it is a corrupt file in your cache.
this is also the wrong forum for this type of post.

Yeah well done clever...........this means now i have all my 17000 BM's with no folders and the game is still crashing.....and getting stuck :(((

Its not his fault you didn't back-up your cache before deleting it.

did you type your password with caps on? you must have let it on when you did the title of this post as well, so this might be the case.

wrong.
delete all cache except the setting map and the ini file

Have you tried logining into a different character on your account, log off and then log back in as your main. That has fixed the problem you describe for me twice in the past, gl.

did it get you back into game? it must have if you are now *****ing about losing your bookmark folders.. I didnt say what else would happen, just that you would get back into game.

or wait 10mins without logging on and u will be unstuck. if u keep trying then u cant get back on

Yeh i am also stuck with my main. Can log onto alt no probs, but main is stuck. Time for petition.
Edit: Disregard that. person above was right, log onto alt then back to main. worked for me
