Just started, and need new clone, high level 1 infact.. but ISK isnt coming to me very quickly lol, how Do I go about getting more ISK?

do the starting missions? find a lvl 1 agent? beg/steal (ore relocation assistant)?

If you just started, you don't have that many skill points...so why do you need a "high level" clone ?
Lower level clones are fairly cheap...so start mining 
...it ain't pretty when the pretty leaves you with no place to go...

If you just started, your clone should be dirt cheap.
If you just started with a highly skilled character from a "friend" then you just need to learn as you go (and avoid 0.4 or below until you get your clone, although that still does not 100% guarentee safety....)

Seriously,
Give it a few days of training (elec,eng,cap skills,nav,mech,gun,ship, etc) then start popping level 1 complexes (info all beacons from your autoscanner) as you travel around.
I've been at it a bit and have made quite a tad of cash selling off loot. (one blueprint made me 7 million isk)

dont give him ISK find some blood spawns with the 6k - 10k ISK and start shooting em up or level 1 missions

You want to check the map for high security systems with a lot of ships and possibly pods wasted, go there and scout around for the action and help yourself to the loot.

If you're a mission grinder you will get more money then you can spend sooner or later, this game is acctually a lot more fun when you're short on money.

Missions are great. Do them, takes no time to get decent isk. Also look into the skills that boost missions/standings. They help a lot as well.
Isk is easy to get but also easy to lose.
