After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.

After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
For the rest Universe. We do our own step and we just want to come into the fun. We only search some nice fights and fun on the Battlefields. We already have war against NBSI so we dont need to declare. 
Have all nice fights and no smack in fights. For a better pvp.

This should make things much easier on everyone really. It was a real pain when half a group couldnt shoot half the other group for fear of concordokken.

Hats off to V for paying (a very expensive) bill so that everyone could join in the fun. V are top notch and fun people to fight.

omg lol i have said it before EVE has gone insane.. Total wars hehe. The 5 war and all other wars has just started. NBSI and V has however been going for like was it 2-3 weeks now first in GW and then the emp war.. Again V you are some tough apponents and it has been very fun fighting you guys
