First no one is getting fired because they get your money anyway.
It's not like shutting down a store and losing sales.
They own you and you both know it.
Second thing is people who get fired from other companies come to CCP.
It's not the other way around.
Have you not read how much less they pay their employees compared to other developers?
The employees work at CCP for the love of EVE not to actually make any money.
If you really want to get someone fired you'll have to start by cancelling your accounts. |

Not everyone in the world has the Donald Trump model of society.
They should all go drink some beers after this is fixed.
1) Locate the folder where you installed EVE. If you are not sure where that folder is, see http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/EVE_default_directories
2) From the EVE installation folder, open the folder called GÇ£binGÇ¥ and there you will find the ExeFile.exe
3) Run this ExeFile.exe to start the EVE Online client |

Employees are a valuable resource to a company. Only a adolescent who doesn't understand how much time and effort it takes to develop an employee would suggest firing someone for a simple mistake. |

Training replacements is a pain in the ass. And no matter how good a new hire is, it'll take them weeks to settle in properly.
It also /destroys/ company morale.

2 fallacies here.
The first one is to assume CCP is able to update the launcher without crashing it. If CCP knew how to code, we'd have noticed already.
The second is to assume that firing someone for ******* up is a rational and normal decision. It's not. It would result in a lot more costs through finding and training someone to replace whoever ****** up. |
