no, drops from certain complexes. no one will give up where they are though :p

ive run around and done my fair share of complex's and missions with gisti and other types of names rat's and i have never gotten a blood raider this or sansha that loot drop

Yes, 3/10 serpentis complexes. As to the person who said nobody will give it up.. thats sad :( just in general..
Keep in mind that gistii loot is angel, but it drops from the serpentis station for some reason. (maybe they had it in stock =/)
And to the above poster, no normal mobs drop faction loot. Only the special faction spawns / faction ships within complexes do. Dark blood drop the faction loots, not normal blood. (for example)
Gistii loot off of that complex is rediculous in my opinion.. how should a place that a week old char can solo drop such good stuff? :P should be uncampable. like the faction spawns...

Got myself the GLORIOUS Gisti A-Type Small Shield Transporter.
That was WELL WORTH 4 hours of camping for that key respawn.

But I DID get two Shadow Serpentis plates from one of the overseer ships earlier in the complex.
Gisti loot drops from Seprnetis complexes but is quite rare.
