Due to an incident with an ore theif and a poor display by the CEO in handling the matter. Ashen Lion Mining and Production Consortium has declared war on Barg Ltd.
Our aim is to secure proper payment for the ore lost. And secure a regular tranferrence of funds from Barg Ltd. In order to pay off their debt.
We shall not pod kill any of their members unless Barg Ltd escalates the conflict.
Our members are under orders to remain respectful to Barg Ltd throughout the conflict.
War is in effect from 12:40 on Saturday 22nd of October.

okay we forget for now, that our CEO paid 1 mio ISK for stolen ore that was worth 200k (stolen by a absolute new player and a matter that we treated internally hard enough. this member wont be stealing ore for a while...) and look forward how you can control your member.
all i have to say: you got 1 mio ISK that is more than proper payment for a one time slip and if you think we let us slaughter like sheeps and cry fo momma just because you have around 20 members more then our corp can activate, you are horribly wrong.

I hear ya... However, from playing eve for a long time & reading these forums Its my firm belief that if you wanna make a name for yourself whoring this forum is priority #1 Sadly. This is a huge obstacle for me & my corp cuz we dont have any forum *****s enlisted. We have 1 in training though.

well 1mil is certainly not the cost of the ore with our refining skills. plus the time wasted in hauling all the ore in thinking your member was coming back.

Amazingly I spotted Your Co-ceo moving stuff to Amarr space. The fight will be interesting if you stay around, sadly I don't think you will be.
Falloutboy its not the case of balls. When you stole from our corp we had about 3 players that could take you on. Now is a different matter and we have some very good combat players. Some are untested in PvP, but I think they are all looking for some fun and a small change in gaming.

well, you could've said that in the convo my CEO held with you and some other members (ayup, i read it).
meh... accepting 1 mio and declaring war 1 day later seems more your style.

Tonight saw our fleet move out to Amarr space in an effort to engage the enemy. Once at Tash-Merkon Prime we realised that the corporation had gone to ground. The fleet returned home without engaging anyone.

God damned,
Look if you guys don't have enough fighters of your own and have to call in help then this war is feckin' pointless. If you call in a 3rd party then 2 can play that game, you're not intimidating us with that crap because we've all seen it before. It was never our intention to "gank" you guys or be *******s and blow up your mining ops and stuff like that. All we wanted was a few days of hunting eachother down, maybe waste some ISK and have a good laugh...but nooOOoo :s
I would like to propose something that will make this war actually fun instead of boring/annoying.
How about a frig vs frig fleet battle or something nuts like that? I still have to discuss this with the council but I'm pretty confident they'll approve. Think about it...this war started because of something silly and I say we end it with something silly. And if ALMPC gives it's word on that, that's what'll happen.

This is an official Statement of BARG Ltd.:
As ALMPC stated before this war is pointless. We did not want to go to war with these guys, and we don't want to carry this topic on. This war was started for some ridiculous reason and is leading none of our corporations anywhere.
We payed for the theft of one of our members more than was appropriate and ALMPC accepted the payment. Nonetheless they declared war one day after. So any further payments wont happen.
BARG Ltd. is aware of the fact, that ALMPC can sent twice as much troops to combat than BARG Ltd. is able to, and this is one of the reasons why BARG Ltd. is not going to surrender. ALMPC seems kind of embarrased that none of our pilots comes to let themselves slaughter by a striking force we can't handle, but this is not a problem of BARG Ltd. ALMPC started the war, so its their job to come and hunt us down. We, as a small corp will not go into unequal fights as long as we can avoid them. ALMPC states that they want to have fun doing PvP, and from our point of view they are welcome to do so as long as they pick equal opponents. Otherwise it wont be fun for anyone.
As for proposed frigate fleet battles, BARG Ltd is not interested in such activities. Otherwise we would have made the war mutual. We dont fight according to any rules our opponent tries to set up, thats why it's called a war.
Once again, BARG Ltd. is not interested in continuing the war, as we were not interested in starting it. But surrender also is no option. We will go on with our tactics of hide and seek and you guys may eventually get one or two shots, but to a price I as a CEO would consider as rather high due to wartax and lost ISK for not beeing able to do anything else than hunt members of BARG. Now its up to ALMPC to decide what to do next.

An Official statement by ALMPC.
I don't know where you got your pointless war idea from but we are having lots of fun right now having scored 2 kills in the last 24hrs.
We gladly accept your refusal to surrender but leave the offer open to you.
We are quite happy that you will continue your tactics as we can get on with our corp activities and go for a hunt now and again.
The weekly cost of the war is 2mil which is very cheap and reasonable. This will also mean we can afford to keep going until...... well we can afford to keep going.
We will follow this statement with some more info on the wars progress cos I personally think it is a nice chronical of a typical corp war for new players and such.
