There is an agent called Zabon Michi. A crazy old coot, last I heard he was hauled up somewhere in the Okkelen constellation.

Yup, that's it, Jinx Barker won with his 375mill bid.
Edit: Seeing how I said I'd tell you lot where I got it, here goes:
The agent you need to do some missions for is named Zabonn Michi.
He is a COSMOS agent located in the Otomainen system.
Since he's a level 4 quality 0 agent, you'll need a 6.0 standing with Caldari faction, or the Minedrill corporation.
His first mission is fairly easy, the 2nd is a hellish 5-room deadspace mission (bring friends in battleships!), the 3rd (the one you get the implant from) is a simple courier mission.

heh.. will take a while for me to use L4 Q0 Agent.
Soo .. I dont really mine.. my alt is just being trained as an Industrial. So.. if any of you want to give me uber offer I will re-sell the impy, if not I will plug it into him and might sell him on EVE Auctions with this 'Equity' in his head.
