So, tonight on Eve, strange stuff happened. My friend, Garramon, and I were having some exciting n00b ship battles. Garr killed me, and put us back in a tie, 3 kills each. I saw it coming so I was ready to dock when I blew up, and I did exactly that. I activate my shiny new Velator the Pend Insurance Co. had generously given me, and undocked to get back into combat. The next thing I saw was the inside of Garramon's Velator, which I was now piloting, and poor Garramon was dead.

Hehe, you're not the first Eve shipjacker. :) My corpmates have jacked indys and cruisers, and I know one time a pirate from another corp jacked a battleship. ___________________________________________

I don't get it, why would you eject from your ship??, either way you loose it so why let the pirates benefit?

Haha! That is one Hell of a MOA : P. I think a Armagedon with 15% armour and structure is only 150 mill to repair :P

Is this thread glorifying a bug/exploit that allows you to take another persons ship?

Yup, shipjacked someone the other day. Too bad it was only an Exeq. Still, I dont know why people eject, just makes you lose insurance...

I think Eject Ship and Self-Destruct are too accessible - goodness knows the chances of pressing them during heavy lag.

Edited by: Garramon on 04/08/2003 20:38:45 You guys are missing the whole point, as usual. Neither Bongbla or I are n00bs, both being beta players. I NEVER ejected from the ship, and he NEVER clicked board my ship. It was a freaky bug that is being tested on the test server atm...
Edited to remove the useless defending.... ------------------------------------------------
