the second: i bigged up Phaser? They work for it, that it shows like this, but i gave my ebit in full amount to the investors, they lost isk because of my blog.

Why to trust me? give it a try! I have a good name in the german community and i want it to expand to this community. I want to be a third party for the german community. That's my goal.
But if you are scare about to loose 1b, then no bond is designed for you. Here is my word, not more, sorry... and the time will show the worthness of my word, right?

10b is a mighty big amount for a "third party" that hasn't even debut yet.

if you have a good name in the german community why not ask THEM for 10b? i'm sure that there are many, many who are rich enough to support your bond amongst the germans.

for a production line that doesn't work with collateral is like a first-time huge lottery that doesn't work with a third party, both equally unappealing. there is no good reason not to, if you wanna get it researched, it can be arranged, if you wanna make copies, it can be arranged, if you wanna use it while its being held by a third party, it can ALL be arranged.

I left the german community because of many foolishness behaviour of the moderators there. It was my own decision. I have invested 35 billion ISK in different bonds and shares and the rest of my assets are 52 billion, includes my equipment.

Try it out and don't scare about some ISK - give a chance to a new third party in EvE. But discussion is o.k., go on for it and proof me. You will see, that i will stay.

Honest advice:

Now you've revealed your "customer" as Nerevar Dwemor I would advise Nerevar to start his own post requesting funds. There is no need for you to front this operation and, with respect, your name attached probably does Nerevar's chances more harm than good.

Whilst Nerevar Dwemor doesn't appear to have much history in MD, the forum posts I've briefly scanned authored by him tend to leave a favourable first impression.

Trust is a funny thing in Eve, when people question a bond you must realise that they are not necessarily saying you are a scammer (although you may be) but that nothing differentiates you from one. In Eve everyone is guilty unless proven innocent; the default position is "scammer" and one must differentiate oneself from a scammer before anything else. As such I'd advise Nerevar to give consideration to issues such as collateral (you have mentioned he doesn't want to deal with collateral, investors will like to know exactly why - because a scammer wouldn't want to deal with collateral either), API keys (remembering the customisable API), basic business plan etc.

well third partying a bond is fine, atleast there is the added security of it being two parties instead of one. sure inherently the risk are the same but if his character is indeed 2004 then atleast there is that miniscule possibility that scamming wouldn't be worth it.
