I will soon be conducting an initiation ceremony for a newly enlightened capsuleer known to many of you. This pilot has declared their intention to leave their old lives behind, and to embrace their own power and agency.
We will invite outsiders to join the live-feed of the ceremony as it happens, which we will conduct in full sight of both friends and enemies as is my tradition.
Please join us at the designated time (to be determined) to share in our joy on this happiest of days.

As much as I agree with your sentiment, mr. Quaid, I believe you're are missing some important context.
This initiation is very important as it will double the number of capsuleers in that particular Blood Raider cell. I'm sure Lady Vitalia will be spending much less time making pointless posts on the IGS when she has someone else to talk to in that Blood Cathedral of hers or whatever tacky installations they're building in Delve these days.
