Do you have any idea just how many Gurista pirates are destroyed in Venal every day monsieur?
This pirate "empire" is on the ropes. And its days are numbered.

I've actually killed all the pirates in a system couple of times. Not sure if this is intentional or not on CCP's part, but sometimes when I go on a huge spree (say... 20 million+ isk in one day) the pirates don't come back. Makes for some pretty... interesting times mining in belts without worrying over being covered from pirates.

It's pretty lame if some corps totaling perhaps 400 members can do what entire empires can not:
Take hold of the regions 'controlled' by pirates.

Guritas Pirate swarms have been assaulting Taggart Mining operations on mass in Venal.
Mulligan Defense has swarted every attempt so far for the Guritas to reclaim their old asteroid belts.
Venal has a new owner now.

hmm did that allow him to claim a **** load of bounty? or do u think he was trying it just to check if it worked?
whats to stop say j0rt podding zap to claim 15M isk and then recripocating to earn a shedload... Two clones moved to where your ships actually are, and you're set......
or am i missing something?
