Well since I returned to eve, after a few months of having no money whatsoever. I have found a rather pleasant diet that has made me lose weight, by whoring on EVE :D
It consists of:
- Waking up at 6am every morning to check skills, do corp director stuff, ect.. - Plenty of water in the morning and a piece of toast.
- College for a few hours a day walking up and down 3 flights of stairs (which is really like 6/7 due to high celings - Not eating at college due to lack of money for 2 EVE accounts and very fast DSL. (hay you gotta prioritise)
- Going home, eating very little, usually a tin of soup and some bread or a microwavable curry, low fat ones i might add. - Opening the vodka and being on EVE for 8 hours.
- Sleep
- Begin routine over again.
Since I discovered this im calling it the Ammy Diet and YES it does work! I have lost 8 pounds in the last month and dropped a jeans size. Thank You EVE, Thank You CCP. Thank You Vodka!
And no i aint bull****ting! hehe, all i need to do now is sc*****some money together to buy new jeans now :/ i suppose i could put a long skill on or something and use the 2nd account's sub money to go towards jeans.. ahwell, try it out and let me know what you think. ------- Aamin Darhe'el Proud Member of Dread Inc. - The sexy corp Dread Inc. Erm. Thats not really a good thing
Your pretty much a tramp to be drinking spirits on our own during the day m8.
Get some proper food, sleep, maybe friends, and sort your priorities out

A sad and very dangerous lifestyle! Man, try and cut down on the hours you spend in College. All that walking up and down those stairs will be the death of you! And try whiskey instead of Vodka...

You said you were going to college.
Anyway, my point is, if you are really really living like this you need to sort yourself out man
My advice is delete this post and lay off eve for maybe a week, get some food and do something useful

It's a very relaxing lifestile and lets face it : it's not like you actually "learn" something in college.
On a sidenote : drinking alone is kinda sad...try getting more mates on eve and putting them in the same room then drink...

I have to report the opposite. My recent experience has been Too Much Work + Too Much Eve (though it's not enough Eve really) + Giving Up Smoking = Weight Gain.

only because this equation lacks "- Eating"
healthy or not weight loss is weight loss. seriously, it's so annoying... "ooh, that diets unhealthy!". I've been living a crappy life nutrition wise for ages and im fine. if you're so worried take a multivitamin with your toast and vodka. christ.
seriously since when were eve players all health nuts?

jesus christ when the hell did you lot turn into a bunch of health freak hippies? :-o, nearly everyone i know has a drink or two when playing eve, does that make a good population of EVE sad too? huh?! i would not say that a small amount of vodka would make any difference, im certainly not drinking anywhere near intoxication levels, if that happens i wake up in a cloning station..... NOT COOL! Drinking that cos i have a bundle left over from a party, dont have enough money for the beer, lol.
But my wee eve diet has made me so happy that im on my bike every morning instead of using the train. spiffyness :) although when i get in every morning im soaked. Yep, lol. Besides my life does not need sorting out, it is perfectly fine, i am happy and i lead a well, balanced lifestyle with not a worry in the world. Perfect for a geek! Just because i like to have a drink and a game at the same time does not mean that I am an alcoholic. What is the difference in haveing a glass or two of the ole voddy on eve, or sitting down with 6 beers watching a football game at home? ------- Aamin Darhe'el Proud Member of Dread Inc. - The sexy corp Dread Inc. None. You'd be an alcoholic binger in either situation. Most alcoholics or people that become them start by drinking alone.
I don't know a lot of stable people that suck a six pack down each night.
Several other things to look for:
- Genetic predisposition
- Denial about your drinking
- Drinking in the morning

Granted, a lot of freshman have problems with basic nutrition when first attending college, but if you have financial issues that prevent you from eating and maintaining two accounts, your priorities are vastly screwed. While you may enjoy boasting about your small need for nutrition, that's not going to substain you. With your body in the condition it is in, your classes will slowly wear on you until you either eat more and get better sleep or you slowly fall behind as you don't understand the material.
Really, you sound very proud of yourself and I hate to ruin that for you, but you're going to have to give your body some basic maintainance needs or you will not be happy at all. Give yourself some relief, life is much better when your body is capable enough to get you through the day.

dude at the very least take some vitiman tablets.
my best advice is go buy a cheap juicer and a cheap blender,
Cut up 4-5 apples, a fair amount of pineapple (the real thing not tinned stuff) a quater Cucumber, a lime, a quater green pepper and abit of spiniach *not too much*
stick it all in the juicer then the blender with several ice cubes, drink this everyday breakfast and lunch (not cheap) and then a normal meal. This is a great way to eat healthy has more than your 5a day in it easy.
go down the gym 2-3 times a week, also if your having trouble eating alot of meat (help with the muscle building) take a recommended dose of protein pills. within a month you will notice a definet change. --------------------------------------------------------
