Announcing war decs seems to be the fashion at the moment so I thought I would jump on the band-wagon.
Btw if FREGE alliance or OPUS alliance want to support your friends Ekliptika against Requiem inc we would appreciate any boosts to their numbers that you could provide by war deccing us in return.
oh and yeh we are still recruiting.

As for the war, it actually got to be quite fun yesterday evening when we were all in frigs and fighing head to head. A couple of our members then logged in with battleships and RIP. returned to their tactic of 150k sniping and running.
My appreciation to Jo Jo, Seldarine and company for a virtually smack free war. I hope that continues.
I am also happy to say that two more corporations were recognized by CONCORD as Ekliptika members yesterday, during this time of war, so there's the boost in our numbers Seldarine was hoping for.
See you all on the battlefield.

we werent snipping all the time ;) but i admit its not as funny as heads up fights and hopefully we will get more of those.. but its not always posibel whit our numbers ;)

Hi Seldarine,
as for the part of the OPUS Alliance, we were hunting other pirates in Maut when our acitivities interfered with yours in the same system. Some of our members were in a gang with members of FREGE to hunt enemies of OPUS. These enemies were originally not Requiem, but things changed when you and SirJojo attacked our gang!
I may ask you for a clarification of these issues between OPUS and Requiem. In the current situation of the internal reorganization of OPUS this won't be a great challenge under PVP-criteria for Requiem and also not in the intentions of OPUS at this time.
At the current situation this won't be fun for neither.
We can clarify this ingame soon.

i am very upset about the information, you give here. Hereby i declare, as an official diplomat of OPUS, that the information you got, isn¦t true in any way.
OPUS decided to make a NAP with Requiem, cause of good relations in the past and cause of the fact, that OPUS, in its actually form, is a peaceful alliance.
Concerning our convo we had few days before (together with FlyingCondor, war 3 and me), I promise in the name of OPUS, that we still want to work friendly together.
We also have good standings towards EKP and FREGE, that¦s no secret. But as we promised, we would not take part in any actions against Requiem on the one side or against FREGE and EKP on the other side.
And NO ACTION means, neither in battleactions nor in selling informations to the one or the other side.
If I should get other informations about one of our allymembers, the consequences will be hard for that member.
So would be nice, if you get any informations like that in the future, to convo me ingame. I think, FREGE is also interested in who tells such things. Maybe, someone tries to throw stones in our way.

In the light of an ingame mail sent to myself from Flying Condor of the OPUS alliance, Requiem Inc have decided to pursue OPUS for 7 days in a concord registered war with the aim of inflicting the maximum physical and economic damage that can be dealt with our current military resources.
We are willing to re-open negotiatory channels in 9 days time after this duration of our 7 day war has ended and we hope that the OPUS diplomatic channels are more respectfull in thier tone towards us.

Just throwing in my 2c per an Opus Request to comment on the intelligence situation.
To my knowledge OPUS Alliance has not provided any information to FREGE command that has been acted on or used in any way against RIP. during our current state of war.

I second that, whoever "tipped off" RIP. was not in position to recieve the information, if OPUS do have any iformation to give to us about enemies that we share, which in this case is not REQUIEM INC., they give to fleet commanders and nobody else. So i wouldnt trust any information that has been given to you by that person, unless of corse its a RIP. Spy :)

suas, OC is a good guy. He's an amazing pilot with a good set of balls to back it up. Had you flown with him during one of our previous contracts that took us deep into hostile 0.0, you would understand what OC is all about. He might get drunk...a lot, lol...but when the corp really needs him you know he's there no matter what. In fact, if in general you need a favor, and it involves killing sh*t, OC is ur man. Hes not that bad of a guy, even if he does fly minmatar ships (woops, did I say that?).

requim have retracted thier war against the smite brotherhood with in 36 hours i think the total out come of those 36 hours were roughtly 3 BSs 1 cov op and 8 or 9 smaller ships (HACs AF and ceptors) deaths and 8 pods maybe 9 on requim side and TSBH lost 1 vigil and 1 cov op :)
WERE NOT NOOBS we just look like ones but all in all we wuv requim and full respect for deccing us as we're poor and couldnt war decc tham have fun in your wars mates

We lost 3 BS after (if I'm correct, I wasn't there, heard from corpmates) camping for 2 hours and waiting as you got up the courage to finally fight with twice our numbers in BS's plus support, of which we had none. Hardly what I'd call a fair fight, and yet we fought. Then again, there's that time when we jumped in on you in PF, equal numbers...the result? you jumped right back into orvolle and warped. Then there was that time last night where we killed ur thorax twice, and podded, as he sat there trying to bait the obvious sniper megathron and tempest...who killed no one in 2 hours of trying to snipe. Sorry if we don't want to waste our time on people who are only out for ganks and refuse to fight with even numbers fairly.

first of all i was only counting the kills since the war started lol if you wanted kills from before the war we could go way back and get all of tham :) and secondly i thought you declared 2 alliances why all the whining over us having 2 or 3 players more than you? lol we're jut 1 corp
and at most mate we had 2 BSs more than you and rather choosing 2 stay and fight i think the warp scramblers took quite good care of that
oh and had 2 add this lmao "courge" we fought bigger and stronger dont flatter yourself you havent quite earned it just yet
dont attack a corp/alliance if your not willing 2 fight tham if we did slightly out blob you (not like you didnt try doing it back)

Thats something i said on the first page... Here we are and thats exactly what happened.. You req guys need to understand that most of the time your not gonna get the fight exactly as you want. Dont declare war on a larger corp and expect to get a fair fight.. Of course they will come with numbers!

The reason why we canceled the war was simple:
Rip: 5 BS outside station waits three hours.
Smite: 5 BS and support innitially waits three hours to warp in on Rip with 10 Bs's and 5 support.
We don't like waiting three hours to get a fight we could have enjoyed more at the beggining. It was decided in our eyes that Smite would not give us good pvp fun, therefor we undeclare, Smite killed more bs's as a result of thier policy of don't undock untill you overwhelm them, which is fine, all part of the game, feel free to war dec us back if your feeling saucy.

Toohot was in a fight alone with 9 of U guys , I salute him for winning that fight he f..ing pwned , and yesterday we was fighting ure superior fleet of 5-6 bs and some supportships with only 2 bs and a covert ops in the beginning...how did that go? .
We dont back out when enemies are outnumbering us , and we have never done that. But of course .. We dont deny members to join in a fight even if that means we are going to outnumber the enemy.

please remember next time some one war decs us looking for easy kills, please be so kind as to warp to their gangs 1 by 1 so they can get the ganks they are looking for. At least they we wont get *****ed at for kicking their asses

It was my decision to remove the war with smite and these are the reasons i did it for:
yes, in out first fight we waited 3 hours outside a random station for their numbers to go from being equal at the begginning to having 3 times more than us at the end when they finally decided to engage. We knew thier numbers but we still wanted action and at this time we did not know the lameness of them.
second was the jumping-in incident when we jumped in with equal numbers to find them to jump strait back out before we even had time to uncloak, and then for them to warp off and safespot even though they had superior numbers within that system,
and thirdly was the information we got before the war started from a member of smite who said alot of the smite guys intended to try and sit this war out and not take any risks.
so all in all i thought the war a waste of time as we fight for fun, and action, not to sit about waiting all day untill our enemy has 3 times our numbers.

our friend boba in smite got a convo from baun stateing that u had talke to a smite guy prob a spy in our corp ...

what a surprise u got when we jumped u with probs 2 more bs than u had ... not un even fight at all .. i avhe the fraps to prove it ..
also when you war dec someone you cant expect/ tell what will happen
as i have said befor there are no rules in war
so you cant moan about us jumping out ... we didnt go to ss either we waited on other side to get u :) but nooo

I never said we have a spy in your corp. If we do have one, I don't know about it. Its not my fault that Boba either can't understand English very well or simply jumps to crazy conclusions.

I never really had my say on this. I left Ekliptika mid war (Alliance not my thing just yet). Though the war was pretty good and there was no smacktalk from what i saw.
They were enthusiastic in what they did and put a lot of time and effort in. I have a lot of respect for them. These days its rare to get a war where smacktalk is not present, but everytime i was out on the battlefield there was none.
It was a pleasant, refreshing change to the normallities of empire war where smacktalk is strife.
Props to them, (Especially Sir Jojo) You were outnumbered a fair few times and did well and showed a lot of guts. I earned a lot of respect for you from this war.
Oh yeah, you never put me on the lost squad vid.

This is how req has worked in the past. They had me set to blue or they said that then in 0.0 I was flying a hauler in syndicate and a lone ceptor flew up and as I said they told me we were blue... Well, he started firing on me and wtf do you know my iteron 5 smacked the **** out of him.
Then we are recently at war with Atomic battle penguin and are fighting a 2v2 when all the great sudden they call in req (We took down pirate daves raven or one of them and was taking out a tempest as well) seapage and another one of his tard buddies warps right in and takes down my corp member and I left with 3% structure :) Anyway, I hope not all of the guys I respect such as ed and sel would do anything like this but if you guys are going to claim the moral high ground you should make sure that you walk it.
One more thing. it is pretty cheesy to have atomic battle penguins and req lie about war decing us. They tried telling us that you all fought in pf and were going to war dec them rofl. Then I get a convo from a req member trying to gang with us to kill abp and I said nah we dont need the help... The next day req declared on us frunny how that works huh..
Eternal, you may not feel the same way but I honestly did not think you to be apart of such things sel either and many others in req.
Here is just one of the links supporting what I said.
It also shows abp saying they suck d!c% but thats a different story all together.
the convo came after I cleaned up all the beer I spit on my desk from a kid saying he sucked d

Personally, I had fun during the war. The last time I checked that was the most important part.
