Dred cant enter 10\10 ds. First gate says, that maximum allowed ship here, is elite battleship (i.e. t2 battleships, think so). So - no, its impossible to enter 10\10 in new shiny dread.

I believe Oveur once said that Dreads would not be able to enter complexes.
Can't find where it was thou.
Personally I see no use for dreads there. They are suppose to be pure pvp ships

I would belive ET in this instance.
And use for a dread? Logging it off in the final mission, then logging back on every X hours, destroying the end boss, picking up the uber loot then logging back off.

If u log off in a complex and then come back, you go to the start, pain in the a$$ if your in the fnal stage of any complex.
