Out of interest... why? Apart from the obvious increase in fees to non-alliance based corps that might - for some reason - want to war dec you. 
And I'm still trying to work out whether the capital 'U' was intentional or not. I mean if it was then you get the acronym "SUDS". So, y'know, like, soap suds: "breathe in our direction and we blow away". Or something.
But then maybe if it was unintentional then they could rightly claim to belong to the short bus. Or maybe that would be intentional? Hmmm. Confusing.
Anyway, this has reminded me to go and fix "HUZZAH FEDERATION" to "Huzzah Federation".

To further facilitate discussion, I feel the need to point out that while we are kicking inactives, two (2) Huzzah corporations have left the alliance since the wars have been active. I don't recall running into any slayer inc. members, but P-U I have seen many times and appears to be a larger industrial corporation. Was P-U's disband from the alliance simply a strategic move i.e. run from the war, and come back to join the war victors, or did P-U give up on defending their alliance's beliefs?

The alliance used to be split bewteen industrial focused on PVP focused with neither side really happy. The two corps that left effectivly split with their fighters merging with Huzzah corps in the main and the industrial players going off to harvest ISK. The war brought this on quicker than it would probably have done normally.
Th upside is that with our new direction we have an influx of people who want to fight pirates and do PVP, in fact I'm finishing off another level of corp management to fit them in GSY for example.
Am sure that our oppenents are experiencing the same phenomena.

Yes I think the choice of basing the mess uniform on an ancient 19th century British calvalry officers uniform to attract the ladies paid off as corps might have left the alliance but Galactic Shipyards is growing. Some new people and some from the departing corps who wish to stay on and fight.
Might be it's handsome, charming and sophisticated new CEO that attracts them instead, who knows.

Actually Hans I'll have to disagree here. Your points written here are exactly why they are important. Corps/members leaving due to the pressures of war is a significant statistic in identifying which side is really feeling the effects of war. You mentioned that as corps have left Huzzah, many from those corps have rejoined other Huzzah corps. Our member drop was due to kicking inactives and spies. I will keep an eye on the active member count under the alliance tallies in-game.
Since the 3rd Huzzah/TSBS war dec, the latest one initiated by us, four (4) corporations have surrendered to TSBS, and left Huzzah Federation. I think, at least in the smallest aspect, it's worth re-evaluating the morale impact of such events.
But as I mentioned earlier, if you are loosing corps but the alliance-member count is growing, than that is indeed a good sign for Huzzah. I have not been paying attention to the total alliance member counts ingame, but going forward I will play closer attention to it.

Right now we are down since the start of the war (GSY is past it's peak and growing) however we have increased or dropped at various times as people have left and joined etc and all I'll say is watch the stats as time goes on. Don't forget that some of the corps left because the wars are a direction they don't want to go, the alliance was in effect splitting it's pure industry side off as they went off to persue their own goals without threat of war.
It's what now two to three months of wars between us with the latest one coming up to a month long and both sides are still here so that is why I was saying not for people on either side to focus on figures to much.

Well bottom line your always going to have corporations and/or members who will leave due to the stresses of war, albeit more so with non-pirate corps for obvious reasons (more industrialist carebears  in the latter).
House cleaning internally in a corp is simply needed for those who weigh down on the poor CEO's Corporation Managment Skills (I know myself personally, gets pretty silly training that up when you have a bunch of inactive members preventing you from recruitng more right now).
Despite these excuses, bottom line is you have less members and look less opposing to those who do not know you well (underestimating ones opponent is often a fatal mistake). It may seem you are weaker, and if those where pvp corps or beneficial industrialists leaving it was a true loss. Corps who contributed nothing and leave are certainly no real loss. So when you see TSBS dropping 40 inactive members or Huzzah restructering less active corps into other corps, take it all with a grain of salt.

Imperial Pharmacy Declared war to TSDS becouse of recent acts of violance in Domain area towards us from pilots of TSDS. And ofc give some support for Huzzah and CVA in their cause vs Heretics.
While we are 'smalish Industrial corp' i hope we can but up some decent fight's and learn few things, and have fun. This is little expensive to us declare whole alliance as Independent corporation, but what the heck, you can allways mine some veldspar afterwards :)

And so this phase of the war has come to an end, I lost count of the kills and losses but I know both sides scored victories against each other back and forth and it's been the most exciting time of my life here. The Sudden Death Squad make good opponents, respect to you all.

So if I understand this correctly:
1) Approximately 1 month ago TSBS forms a new alliance called TSDS to kill CVA and Huzzah. TSDS confidence high. CVA demise predicted.
2) PIE and AMAX leave CVA / Huzzah respectively for undisclosed reasons. Much gloating. CVA demise predicted.
3) Fr33ks joins TSDS massively increasing its punching power. CVA demise predicted.
4) Fr33ks leave the alliance after barely a week - unspecified reason but rumour of significant drop in pilot activity once CVA killer squads starts hunting them in their base systems.
5) With Freeks out of the way CVA hunting groups step up campaign against TSBS mercilessly targeting and harassing TSBS in Mista and Kheram - major TSDS ship losses resulting.
6) TSBS retract war against Huzzah - no reason given.
7) TSBS seen evacuating their home systems of Mista in fleets of haulers and moving away from CVA protected space.

I dont think somone who has been in the imperial academy for two years can comment on our war with TSDS.
They may be leaving the area for now, but you can count on the fact that they will return. As for posting kill/loss numbers, id suggest against it as it will just make people angry and argue about the figures as neither sides stats will be 100% accurate.

To be honest I think the only numbers one can publish are loss numbers due to the number of combatants, also if you take the enemies of the Huzzah Federation it turned out to be about 2.5 to 3 to 1 against (Ushra'Khan + TSDS + The Priory) at one point. Really though CVA + Huzzah vs The Priory + TSDS + Ushra'Khan was about even, slightly more on the enemies side but of coure on The Priory and TSDS worked together, Ushra'Khan and those two didn't seem to attack each other in proximity, fair enough they had the same war targets.
The timings were different too as The Priory, TSDS and Ushra'Khan all declared on Huzzah before CVA attacked TSDS which was about a month in if I remember correctly and eventually Aegis Militia declared for a week on The Priory too. All in all everyone fought well and now it's just down to Ushra'Khan vs Huzzah + CVA + Royal fleet Auxillary which I think is about even from memory.
Fighting an 8 weeks war takes a lot and to those that stayed to the end well that is something to be proud of. Lots of kills were made on both sides and am not sure if working up an accurate set of numbers is possible as the number of combatants kept changing.

Before this gets to a certain point and out of control, I just wanted to take a moment to state that our corporate and alliance decisions are our own, and that it's laughable for anyone to fathom that any outside forces, or "combat induced stresses" are playing our hands and calling our shots. Just know that since we are now an alliance, and the executor corp in an alliance for the first time, we realized the need to create goals around such a declaration, which are above and beyond thinking on just a corporation level. Everything over the course of the upcoming weeks and months are geared at alliance development, and maintaining and enhancing our corporate and new alliance identity.

If I've learned anything in my days serving as a combat pilot, it's that old enemies have an odd way of coming back.
As reselient as the forces of chaos may be, we must be moreso. Huzzah stand ever vigilant against pirates in Lower Domain and Upper Providence.
As for myself...be they terrorists or pirates or any who would attempt to bring disorder to the blessed Amarrian Empire...I will continue to dispense swift justice as best I am able. It is an honor to serve the CVA and to fly with my comrades in Huzzah. Fly strong in our future struggles!
