I'm an established PvP char looking for a new corp (the char posting this a noob alt for the purpose of being discrete).
I am looking for a corp with one main quality: NOT IN A TERRITORIAL ALLIANCE AND NOT ASSOCIATED WITH OR LIVING IN THE SPACE OF A TERRITORIAL ALLIANCE.
I am looking for a corp that has a friendly Corp Chat where people actually TALK BACK (FFS!). A sense of humor is a must. Even if it's weird and you sing to eachother on TS. That beats silence.
Any practices are ok by me, merc work, pirating, noob killing, anything pretty much. The only things I refuse to be associated with are taboo things like suicide Kestrels, ore thievery, ebaying, macroing and scamming (escrow, labs, don't care, not going to be a part of it).
PvP ops would be nice, a possible presence in 0.0 (for NPCing) would also be good as well (even if it's limited). I've been living down south for over a year so maybe a corp based up north would be a good change.
Basically, make me not bored. Post here first and I will contact ingame.
Oh! One last thing, I'm based in Colorado USA and am on in the late US evening hours mostly. Your corp should be active at this time.

take a lookt at our recruitment post (sig), come talk to us in ABP - Global channel
we;re a pvp corp, looking for more experienced members for merc work or 0.0 combat, we use ts and alot of our members are in your timzone

Hey Death and ewok. We have a pvp corp, well all pvp corp. 12 of us, 1 is an alt. Were 95% active all the time, we are a us based group so were always on at the same time. When were not warring or pvping we run lvl 4's. We have a good team and have ts up all the time.
Let me know in game or leave somethin here, might get ahold of ya and get in you in with these *******s that I play with :P

/me is amazed that you somehow deduced that i am a neoconservative or a republican from my post. Actually we are Team Americas, including members from canada and chile that i know of to date. My sig, is of an u.s. flag as that is where i am from.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I guess it's worth a shot. We're currently a small merc corp (5 active members at the moment) in high-sec caldari (jita area) that go around ****ing off larger corps so they war dec us, or getting the occasional paid contract. We're currently in war right now, though it will be ending soon because these guys decided to move off to 0.0 with some alliance or something to hide I guess. But it's ok, they just hid while in empire anyway, so it was boring.
We don't offer any payment really, your ships will have to be under your own dollar since we only do this for fun, not money. We have 3 players in the states, and 2 in the UK, so you should have one or two of us to go PVP'ing with on most evenings during the week, and for sure on the weekends. Or you could just go solo if you want, and we'll provide the targets so to speak. If at all possible, we always like to be at war with corps that have people on all the time.
Oh, when we aren't at war, we do like to go pirating while our sec status permits. If nothing else, you'll be sure to be getting a lot of the action due to our small size, as long as you like hunting people in empire. So anyway, eve-mail me if you're interested, or Adia Celeris, CEO of Finis Lumen (did I mention that was our corp name? Guess not *shrugs*)
edit: Oh, Oman made this video if you want to take a look. Sadly he's no longer with our corp do to some real life issues. It's too bad, he was a blast to PVP with.
