D: Noooo what is going on! Pen-Pal letters are a special conversation between you and your pen-pal. Not something for everyone on the forum to read! If you are worried that you don't have enough to say just use that as motivation to go on one extra adventure per day! Just take your most favourite ship out and fly deep into space, or a wormhole, or even a star. It doesn't matter what happens because it will give you a happy pen-pal story.
You have to tell people what kind of pen-pal you want or else they will never ever write you. Think of all the missed opportunities! All those times in the future when you will just be doing spins and then suddenly realize... hey :[ I don't have a pen-pal to tell about this.
Don't make that mistake! Act now! :D

Several people have responded :D! But only one has continued to respond, which is good enough for me! I suspect no one else got anything else out of this though. Not my fault! Also, I have not had many new adventures to turn into stories to entice new pen-pals so I am afraid I will have to do more to be interesting enough to get even more pen-pals!
Currently my new project is a channel called Jita Local. This is a channel where you can experience the magic of Jita anywhere in EVE. So far we only have like 15 people so its not really an authentic fun loving Jita adventure yet. But once we get to about 100 people I will start finding scammers for it so it has that Jita feel ;D Do you think I should make a topic about Jita Local or would that be considered spam or advertising or something? If I am allowed to which forum would I post that in?

P.S. I am hoping the Naga is even more pretty than the Ferox

I got what I wanted out of it. One solid pen pall. As it turns out not many people are interested in writing letters anymore! But :3 really all I wanted was a pen pal for myself so it can die now! I could MAYBE do with one more! But you neeever know what you're going to get since NO ONE follows the rules (guidelines) anyways! It's times like this that you just have to sit back, open up your saved picture of the Ferox with the new skin, and be happy.
Also my Jita Local Idea failed too. I have no good ideas. From now on I will just support other people's good ideas. Like that lady who is being a reporter and reporting on nulsec. What a fun adventure that would have been.
