First off this character is not ready for pvp without HAM's, secondly you have no shield resistance skills, and don't even have the caldari strategic cruiser skill injected.
3bil is probabably going to be your max bid, anyone paying more is overpaying.

Hence the title "6.5m SP Starter Tengu". Nothing wrong with HMLs either (4 spec HAMs available in 3 days..) and the shield resistance skills your talking about only affect passive hardeners or non-activated invulns. I did lol when I noticed Caldari Strat cruiser, I'll grab that now, luckily it's not one of those skills that NEEDs to be at 4/5. Also, 3B is 1B higher than starting bid, making it a valid price point - so your point is moot?
While I appreciate you valuating my character. I would like the keep this thread strictly for those interested in purchasing.

-Misha now has about 6.7m SP
-All subsystems are now @ lvl 5
-Caldari Strat cruiser lvl 4 in 1 day (previously forgot about this skill  )

It's been less than 4 hours since your offer and I've made no "fake bumps" nor have I broken the forum rules in any way.
