The increase in forces was first noticed early this morning as the Federation moved ships, equipment, and materiel into the border constellation in an effort to detect any early incursion by Caldari forces. The Federation Navy issued a statement calling the buildup a GÇ£normal security precautionGÇ¥ and stated that it expects there to be no escalation of hostilities from the State. GÇ£With the continued civil distress in the State, we are merely taking a proactive measure to prevent any incursions,GÇ¥ said a representative. Meanwhile, there continues to be a lack of news about the whereabouts of Tibus Heth and his inner circle. Heth was last seen being escorted off-stage following a speech as the audience began to riot. She does seem to still support Heth and hate the Gallente, but she's not been nearly as vocal about it as she used to be. As for the Federation... I do hope that this turns out not to be newsworthy. Considering what happened to them last time we had a domestic shake-up, I can give them the benefit of the doubt. I just hope they won't start getting ideas if this doesn't play out the way they want it to.

Any defence network would be bypassed by internal knowledge of the highest level.
