Whenever i try to quick sell anything i cant sell it. It tries to place a sell order even when people are after what i have got.
I have to admit im getting sick of all these bugs.
Can anybody help??

Quick sell only works if there is demand in the area. Sometimes (often) this demand is filled. I don't even use quicksell anymore because there is never any demand in my entire region. Sorry, not really a bug.

Well actually it could be a bug or a flaw of the market design which allows phony prices to be listed.
If there is a price listed then you should always get that price, period.
Either the system is not updating fast enough if all demand truly was filled, or more likely it's a phony buy order which won't be filled because there is no isk to back it up.
The solution to remedy all phony prices is to demand escrow for all buy orders and sweep the system clean of all current buy orders which are not in escrow.

ItÆs not a bug and it donÆt have to be in the area. It entirely depends on the buy order placed by the purchaser.
When someone sets up a buy order they choose how far they are willing to travel to pickup the purchase. If they select station only then you will have to go to that station to sell the item in question. If they select system, then anywhere in that system you choose ôquick sellö it will appear as if the buy order that person placed is in your station, and so on out to region.
Bottom line is, if the buyer is only willing to buy at a certain station then you canÆt do a quick sell unless you are in that station.

True Aras, I am presuming that he is talking about the sell price listed at the station he is in at the moment. If he is looking at the demand tables, then yes he may need to travel to another location if the demand is for a specific station, system, constellation only.
But phony buy orders are not uncommon.
I just sent in a petition for yet another one.
There is a region wide buy order for 5000 units of Zydrine @ 1,150 each in the Citadel region atm and if you try to sell at that price, it sticks your Zydrine into a sell order because the buy order is phony, not backed by existing isk obviously.
This nonsense needs to be fixed by placing all buy orders into escrow.

Wait a minute, you mean if someone tries to fill a buy order but the player who posted the order doesn't have the ISK to cover it, the order isn't cancelled? 
I always assumed that if I placed an order I couldn't actually pay for it would be cancelled as soon as someone tried to sell to me. So does this mean some joker could make an alt and flood the market with phony orders just to mess over the market? (like it needs help to be messed up!) 
I hope they fix this soon...
