We are keep on correcting our mistakes, and we're aways trying to avoid plagiarism. We just hoping to create a bridge between Chinese server and Euro. Server. All these new stuffs are collect and organized by my own. http://eve.mmosite.com/gallery/playerpicture.shtml which is not plagiarism.

Lloyd, you're being a bit confusing to those of you who didn't see all of the other threads.
I would recommend that you stick to the Chinese server, where people can understand you better.
In addition, you should stop stealing CCP's copyrighted stuff--including the Chronicles and the like, which you simply mirrored onto your server. I expected better of the Chinese. - Proud member of the [23].

The fact that he's ripped off CCP's entire website including enough copyrighted content to get his whole country in prison would not be something to ignore. - Proud member of the [23].

Assuming international copyright laws are ratified by China, maybe. I wouldn't call it plagiarizing since it's pretty straight-forward its not his own work.

Dude...
I have been the one ranting against racism in every single anti-China thread that has popped up.
I grew up in a family where my mother was a consultant who went to China almost every other month, and spoke fluent Chinese. My neighborhood had so many asians that whites were often a minority in both school and around town. Many of my best friends are Chinese.
I do think its wrong that they've plagarised the whole CCP site without giving any credit whatsoever or getting permission. Being Chinese does not give you an excuse to rip off other people's worth and put your copyright on it. - Proud member of the [23].

There was a treaty a while back (forgot what its called) that describes international copyright law, and basically the whole world signed it, including China.

Copyright is meaningless in Asia. Most companies just stop trying to combat it on the personal scale. Ie. Company Y sends software X off to a CD plant to be pressed into CDs. They order 15million copies of their software made. The plant runs 18million and sells the remaining 3million on the black market. Thats how the world actually works and companies turn a blind eye to it. Laws and actuality are not the same thing.

But he's posting it here. It still does not give him a right to rip off the whole site, and considering that he's dealing with a European company, he certainly has no right. Maybe this is how they do it in China, but he's now on a European forum, hosted in London. I'm guessing the link to his site will be removed by the mods soon, as it was the last two times. - Proud member of the [23].

It could be argued that the content is hosted where the laws do not have effect. Since all it is linking there and no files are physically stored in europe. Just playing devils advocate.

Fellow Forum dwellers, please, for the love of a supreme being higher than me, can this NOT descend into anything that resembles racism, generalisations, discussion of politics, discussion of economic models of government, the size of my hat.
Thankyou.

The size of my hat is immaterial to the arguments contained herein, but I'd have your eyesight checked if you can't see it.
