Yes this character was recently on auction. I am relisting him, since the high-bidder Boscoe Bishop never returned multiple attempts to contact him over 72 hours.

Hello everyone. I am selling Benheur, as I have recently acquired a higher level character.
I made him specifically for production, so is a very good beginning mining/production character; with the highest base intelligence available in the game.

Sniper Rule: 15 minutes
If bid price reaches 400 mil I will pay transfer fee. If it does not, I will require either $20 US or 75 million isk for the transfer fee from the winning bidder.

The character auction/sales rules say that no matter what you can not ask of anyone to pay your transfer fee. You must include it in your prise/reserve!
I know this is concidered an un-wanted observation but it¦s either me or someone else that says this...

I knew about the transfer fee, but not that I HAD to pay it. Auction changed accordingly.

lol ok police officer cellphone..
you know..no one cares about the rules..everything is delt with properly in the end.. and as far as the "if not me, then someone else crap goes" you can all go pound sand :) friendly way of putting it. If you feel the need to make sure someone else is doing everything correctly because there was a time you had to..and you want to make sure it's all fair... do yourself a favor and don't react..
If i go to sell my character..i'm going to either add another 100mil onto the end price (a handling fee) or i'm going to ask to have money transfered to me in paypal to cover the transfer fee.. so BLAH!
