I have a level 3 Awesome (+13%) Agent with a standing of +10%. Corporation standing of 6.00 and Caldaru State of 3.21. I have done 111 missions without a failure. Since the patch when Papa Smurf went on hols (hope ya had a good one) I have not got a single agent referral. Not even a crappy level 1. And yes there are nearby agents in corp and yes I have social level 4.
Anyone actually had a Cldari Agent since the patch ?

I got a 2nd level 1 Agent on Sunday. It was only my 15th mission too.

Since the patch, I got my level 2 agent and my level 3 agent. Then I did a data sheets missions for my level 1 agent and had my standing knocked back to 2.00 :(

I have experienced the same thing julius none of my high level agents will give me new agent however i went back to my very first agent and did a mission for him and i got a level 1 agent.
So it looks like there is some kind of bug but it is possible to gain agents from your first agent at least.

It's not just the Caldari agents, all L3 agents are somehow bugged, and I can assure you that noone that is currently playing Eve has a L4 agent. Hope PapaSmurf gets working on it soon, tho.

At least you guys have gotten at least a lvl2 agent. I have done 50 lvl1 Agent missions and never failed one. I have an good standing with my agent and Corp. I have yet to be offered a lvl2 agent. My lvl1 Agent has an Excelent rating at 18%.

Keep trying Dawn...
I had to do 55 missions to get my level 2 and I'm sure many people had to do more...this is with a CHA of 10 and Social skill 3.
w00t to the return of PapaSmurf :)
Players - "Is it much farther to better agents PapaSmurf?"
PapaSmurf - "Not far now..."
I just hope the conversation doesn't end like it did in the cartoons...

Level 4 agents aren't really "in game", as we've been intending to get corp based missions going before they kick in. Some priority shifts have bumped corp based missions a tad bit down under a few other upcoming improvements, so I'd expect them no earlier than mid september.
Had a good vacation btw. thanx. Good to see y'all again.

How many agents do u have total?
34 for me and only 1 level 2.

I started a newbie doing agent cos didnt want to bork my faction. All my agents were from nearly 2 months back (est: 2 lvl3, maybe 6? lvl 2 no idea 1s)
My new guy had 4 agents the pator one and 3 dock ones (2 from Chemal) I started on a chemal one (I am min) and did 15 missions then logged (over 2 days) and logged in to a failure. Igot hit by the being given a mission bug even if never hit the ask for mission button.
Then today I did another 17, now at 32. Agent quality qwent up from avg to good (with no bonus % - Ive noticed as their standing goes up they never get the bonuses that one that starts with a better standing has)
Agent: Good
Agent Corp: Satisfactory
Faction: Neutra
(Gallente corp, my alt is Min)
But, he has never been forwarded. Oddly, Ive done 3 corps with my main and always seem to get referred at 16 from level 1s... getting a level 2 chance at about 26.
Is it a bug, my race or the fact that Chemal is scattered and small (distance referral bug?)
