Let your creative juices flow with this design. My only request is that it has a Zealot or Sacriledge on it and does not include my characters face, otherwise feel free to be totally creative.
Prizes:

Here is my entry.
In this case I felt less is more. It seemed you want things simple so here ya go.
I think it's pretty sleek looking personally.

feel free to suggest changes, or post your corp logoif you want that sign changed (alliance logo maybe?).
LOVING it, Heres my corp logo if you want to incorporate that instead of the biohazard.
