Looking to get ahead and want a starter PVP char with a few SP to start enjoying EVE.
PVP focus training
Clear (or as close to) corp history
Minimal to Zero Kill board History
Half decent name (not looking for random combinations of letters or numbers...even if it's in Binary)
Preference to Minmatar characters, however happy to look at all that meet the above criteria
My budget is 8 billion ISK.
Am looking for a quick acquisition, please link eveboard sheets here, or feel free to mail me in game.

-Battlecruiser V
-Destroyer V
-Commandship IV (After the patch will be able to fly all races Command ships)
-Basic Shield, Armor and Electronics Skills done.
Can now either be skilled to be a good fleet booster, or just a regular PVP toon, you just have to choose Weapons/race you like and you are able to have the toon you like in quiet a short time
