Ok what's wrong with Launcher this time, it is partly in Russian?
Also login screen for EVE forums is in Russian.

When I typed in my log-in information and launched the game, the game correctly started the english client.
At least it did for me.

Yeah, the game is in english, also the forums are in english, looks like the russian parts are in the forum login screen and launcher only.

Same here. Launcher and Eve-O login in Russian. I've also experienced a ridiculous amount of closed sockets over the last two days, prior to this most recent unscheduled downtime.
I for a moment, prior to using the Oracle known as google, suspected that Mr. Putin had stolen my login information. |

Ah, if this gives any hint of the upcoming expansion, just make sure the next time you log in, you queue a VERY long skill like some Battleship V, then get some popcorn and watch the rage unfold...

It's being investigated - should be a fix out in a day or two. In the mean time the log in page has been defaulted to English only.
