Lets try this again:
I am selling My main Insane Angel.
Rules:
Starting Bid: 1.5 Bil
Buyout: 4 Bil
Reserve: Well, if im not happy with outcome I reserve the right not to sell
Ends: Saturday 11/05/06 @ 0300 GMT (EVE Time)
As per CCP rules, I pay the transfer cost. Winner will be contacted by me, if the bidding sucks I will post here that no one had won.

Unholy Dominion-CEO of my little carebear corp (for lvl4 agents)
Qualities: +High Standings with Caldari Nation and Spacelane Corp (Security Division of the CBD Mega Corp) Several lvl4 agents, one of which I have standings above 7.0(i upset my agent for not accepting the same mission, however easy to get back to 9.0) and 180k LPs (working towards that Navy Issue).

+ 2 Low Grade Halo Implants forget exact name but its the slot 1 and 2 (Perception and forgot the other DOH [heh be funny if it was memory])turned out it is the mempory plant 
History: Hunted and killed lots of pirates (got killed by em too) famous or infamous, known and unknown. Lead fleets for the Fountain Alliance in some of the bloodiest wars in EVE. Fought for VOTF as a pilot and lead some small fleets for Imperium.
Skills would be a bit more higher, but when you pvp you kill or you die.
