Gallante ftw.
Deimos and Dominixs are imo the best ships in the game. They also have solid cruisers, AFs and arguably the best ceptor in the game.

i did recently make an alt. The best all around character for a fighter is the sebeistor minmatar. You can start with good attributes, over 100k skill points, and have your learning skills done in a month and a half.
It is now my intention to train this minmatar character with high perception and willpower in amarr ships and weapons. In the end I expect this to be a rather nasty character.

i'd probably pick Amarr (only stuff i can't fly atm) and Gallente as a 2nd choice...

Amarr, they have nothign bad going for them, never have really.
