So, today myself and CCP Maiden Steel visited a cat shelter in Reykjavik, and chose a kitty to adopt each. :3
So, this guy is my new partner in crime.
Since he's a rescue cat, he doesn't have a name... that's where you guys come in.
I'm taking suggestions for a name for him, and if something awesome is posted here, it may end up being his new handle

Okay, first you have to get the little guy a top hat. Then you have to make him the most stylish feline on the island and get him an eyeglass. Now he's the most well-dressed cat around. Then you have to watch as that little critter starts up his own railroad monopoly. He's one sly guy, with those fancy accessories. Then once he's a railroad baron, you can watch him as he surpasses you in fame and wealth. He starts making movies and publishes his own newspaper. Subscribership is at an all time high. High-class swinger cat parties are abound. He gets his own mansion. Then with all that endless wealth he starts going through an epic downfall. The little sneak starts putting his little nose into big bowls of catnip, and hanging out at late hours of the night cat-calling strays and tramps in strange alleys. He's still got that little hat and that eyepeice, but he's all haggard now from too many nights spent in the gutter. The newspaper goes bankrupt. Then the film studio. And now the automobile is invented and that little guy's railroad monopoly goes belly-up. The catnip consumption is at an all-time high. Things start going very, very bad. After a crazy night of cat-partying he doesn't come home and is disappeared forever. MIA. Gone.

Reminds me of my own cat. After giving her about 20 different names because I couldn't decide which one was the coolest I fell back on simply calling her "Mau". It's easy, unisex and cats actually react to it.
In your case, you might call him CCP Mau.

If you want an Eve name, Apocalypse, Armageddon, and Ragnarok are suitable choices. From the picture, he appears already to have mastered the "I must be innocent because I'm cute" look which is a sure sign that you aren't going to have any furniture left by the end of the week. Just fill in the blank "It looks like the ____ occurred here while I was gone to work."
Practically, though, either of my cats respond to their names so when picking a name you should keep in mind that it is something that will be used primarily to describe your cat to others rather than to address the cat so I would definitely avoid anything too undignified.
One of my cats is named Ozymandias after the Shelley poem about a pharaoh that thought he was the center of existence. |

I use to call my cats after their behavior rather than their appearence*. So not knowing the guy, I would call him Cinnamon Test (or the same in Icelandic if it sounds cooler) because of the color shade on his snout.
*albeit that doesn't explains why my first cat was named something like "(spinning) top"

Yeah, I was somewhat surprised myself.
I thought I had read somewhere that cats where called "Mau" in ancient Egypt, when they where worshiped as gods, but at least the modern Egyptian word from that list was different. v0v

To me it does not matter what cat name you choose, but I always add "old" in front of any cat name for some reason.
Or name it Feral. So you can say to others that you own a feral cat.
