Does anyone know if there are any plans to increase the amount, or what you can do in missions? i'm starting to find, fly here, kill this and come back a bit repetitive. I know there are things like courier and mining missions, but I might aswell go make a coffee for those, with the amount of maitenance they require, and thats not healthy.
I would really appreciate some new content in these missions, but I am not sure what could be added to change them.

Some of them do. They are also alot harder than normal missions, you wont be able to do lvl 1 cosmos missions solo in a t1 frig f.ex. because of the insane spawn rates. Unless you can fly AFs or HACs dont even try.

COSMOS missions are not that different from normal ones, apart of the fact that most of the COSMOS missions are storylines and boost/kill your standings big time. They also repetitive ( fly there, kill this, bring that) . Although, I must admit, it could be entertaining to follow some of the story lines. As for some low end complexes, which require either t1 frig or destroyer, -- it's not that bad and if you low on skills, just wait for some other players to show up or team up with somebody.

Maybe more of the missions should have a storyline, so the item you win from one mission needs to be used on the next (more like RPG games perhaps?). Also, a string of missions should perhaps give you a decent named item or ship, instead of the usual cash prizes. Just a thought?

Yeah. Money isn't really a good incentive because the rewards im getting are so small (compared to what I get in my Covetor from mining). A good named item incentive would be good for a change.

This is just another way of saying that the reward and bonus are too small for your liking.
Everything (almost) boils down to cash eventually.

True, but example, moving from lvl 2 agents to lvl 3 agents needs a decent ship(s) and gear, and you won't be buying anything fast doing missions that only earn 200,000 isk if you are lucky. Not everyone has the patience for low sec mining (and I don't believe mining should be the be all and end all either).

True, again, but what I actually meant a surprise item would be nice :). But anyway, this strays a bit from my original point, that I would prefer more variety in missions rather than the rewards.
