I actualy fly the caldari logistics ship but i reckon the same principles apply.
I would use:
High - 6 t2 remote armour reps OR 3 t2 armour and 3 t2 cap
Med - 2 best u can afford cap rechargers
Low - 5 cap relays,
Maybe have 2 warp core stabs if u can fit and still sustain all the logi mods. If u can't then no point only having 1 cause all npcs scramble for 2 and so do most players.

i run a guardian and my best setup if ur lookin for just cap is 3 named lrg cap transfers with cap rechargers and relays u can run all 3 constant and 1 med armor rep if ur lookin for abit of both go for 2 lrg named car transfers and 3 med armor reppers can run those constant aswell but that is taking into account that i have logistics 5 and only using fb-10's in mids and regular relays in lows cap recharge rate is 34 sec if i recall

2x named medium remote energy transfers
2x named medium remote armor reps
2x Heavy pulse T2
1x Sensor booster T2
1x Good cap recharger
1x medium armor rep T2
1x energized adaptive nano plate T2
1x armor thermic hardener
1x Power idag T2
1x Named cap relay
This way you can survive and support.

I did a little bit of maths on a Guardian recently, I came up with the following:
2x Medium 'Solace' Remote Rep
4x Medium 'Regard' Cap transfer
(You can drop the 2 reps for 2 more cap transfers)
2x Cap Recharger (I used f-B10s in my calculations)
1x Medium Armour Rep II
4x Cap Relay

my support alts setup is
high 4xMedium 'Regard' cap tranferers, 2x Solace medium Remote armour repairer or 6xMedium 'Regard' cap tranferers
Mid 1xYS-8 10mn AB, 1xLarge peroxide battery
low 1xMedium armour repair II, 1x Thermal hardner II, 2x True sansha Cap relay, 1xcap relay
Everything runs fine with no cap probs. If I use non named or T2 mods, I need to replace the hardner with another cap relay.

Hehe, nah Red! I'm the sexy Amarr armor dude with Amarr Cruiser V! Someone else will have to do the namby pamby shield boosting.. or me in a couple months... 
Thanks guys for the setups. Seems pretty clear cut, either go for all cap recharge or stick on a little bit of tankage.
